Your own portfolio of clients, working from home, flexible hours to suit you, and supported by a team of social work colleagues. Together helping parents and children negotiate the family courts and the trauma of family breakdown.

Solutions for Families Ltd is recruiting to add to our team of experts in Children’s and Families work, who provide McKenzie Friend and Family Mediation services to children and parents in conflict and in the family courts. We believe this nationwide service is setting a new standard of practice and professional accountability in a much-needed area of family work.

Think of a good Law Firm. Expert, principled, client focused. Then imagine the same structure, the same standards, but offering the relationship skills of experienced Social Workers, who understand how to enable families in conflict and trauma to find good solutions for their children and for their family finances.

You may be looking toward retirement…. but you’re not feeling ready to stop work entirely.

You’re looking to reduce your hours…..but would like to maintain a good level of income.

You have seen some trends and outcomes in private and public law proceedings that concern you … you would like to work with other principled, skilled colleagues to make a difference.

You prefer to set your own hours, work flexibly from home, and relish using your existing skills in a new area of work

“Yes” to some, or all, of the above? Then this may well be for you.

You will have a minimum of ten years’ post-qualified experience in children & family’s social work.

You will have substantial experience of the family courts.

We offer you training which respects and builds on your considerable knowledge and experience
