£57k while training, then McKenzies £80k, Mediators £105k Pro Rata (hourly equivalent £30; £42; £55) 

Your own portfolio of clients, working from your home, flexible hours, and supported by

a team of social work colleagues, together helping parents and children negotiate the family courts and the trauma of family breakdown. 

Solutions for Families Ltd is recruiting a team of experts in Children’s and Families work -

to provide McKenzie Friend and Family Mediation services to children and parents in conflict and in the family courts. We believe this nationwide service will set a new standard of practice and professional accountability in a much-needed area of family work.

Think of a good Law Firm. Expert, principled, client focused. Then replace the lawyers with experienced Social Workers, skilled in enabling families in conflict and trauma to find good solutions for their children and for their family finances.  

If you are looking toward retirement, but you’re not feeling ready to stop work entirely - you’re looking to reduce your hours, but would like to maintain a good level of income - if you prefer to set your own hours, work flexibly, and relish using your existing skills in a new area of work  - then this may well be for you. 

You will have a minimum of ten years post qualified experience in children and family’s social work.
