Based in Ramsgate , Kent 

Salary £50,000 - £60,000

Permanent Full-Time – 40 hours per week

30 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Must have qualifications , experence -

Social Work qualification

SWE registered

Management qualification at least Level 4

2 years’ experience relevant to fostering within last 5 years

1 years’ experience supervising and managing professional staff.

Ability to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative with consistent self-motivation


A high level of applied literacy and numeracy
An ability to maintain judgement when working under pressure


Proven ability to plan and prioritise workloads


Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately at all levels
Ability to provide reports on a monthly / yearly basis


Ability to liaise and negotiate on a business level


The ability to analyse and manage data

The Fostering Manager’s main role within the Agency will be is to ensure overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the agency and ensuring excellent and professional practice.
