Connect2Swindon is a joint venture between Swindon Borough Council and Commercial Services Group (a company wholly owned by Kent County Council).

As a council‑owned organisation, Connect2Swindon provides access to general temporary agency roles within Swindon Borough Council before they are released to external agencies.
 
This approach helps ensure continuity, consistency and a stronger connection between the council, its workforce and the local community.
